They were very prompt in getting me an appointment and contacting me to let me know they were on their way. They arrived on time and were very professional about quickly getting to the task and locating the issue as well as being honest about what was needed. They showed me what had happened so I could see first hand that it was not a repair that could be made so I would need to look for a replacement. They are a service that I will likely use again should I have appliance issues.
