This was a home run. I will recommend Allen and Appliance Mecca to ALL my friends and neighbors.

The repairman arrived when as expected, quickly found and fixed the problem....dryer only needed to have the pulleys lubricated. Can't ask for better than that.

I thought the contractor did a great job. He came out and looked at the refrigerator and recommended that I replace it because it wasn't worth repairing.

Terrible experience!! Tech came to my home and diagnosed the problem to be a bad "start button". Charged me $165. Paid the Tech only to find out after from him I had another problem. Said he will return the following day at 9 am. I took a day off from work. to my surprise he never showed up and never returned several phone calls from me between 9:45AM to !:45PM. He returned my calls after making another request through HomeAdvisor and said he had a family emergency. I Requested a refund of some kind seeing he diagnosed the problem incorrectly and left the job incomplete.To which he REFUSED! Will I Hire him again? NO! Neither should you.

The gentleman from Mecca was very timely. He did not put me off for days. This was most important for me. He was also very professional. He did not talk a lot during the installation. This was a another plus for me. He came into my home, did the job perfectly, received payment and went on his way. I plan to hire him again in about two weeks.

Great, fast and friendly service

The technician was prompt and did a good job. However, once the work was completed we were charged an addtional $65 service charge that was never discussed. Although I arranged for the service and set the appointment, my husband actually met and paid the technician. The technician was scheduled to come out to replace a part that we had already purchased from the manufacturer. I was givin a price range for installing the part. We were charge the highest price in the range, plus and additional $65 service charge which was never discussed until the work was completed.

No complaints. Serviceman was responsive and efficient. Hired to repair dryer and garbage disposal. No problems to date.
