He came out and change the board in our stove for a reasonable price.

He was prompt , efficent and proffessional

He was able to come within an hour of my submission. I called on Tuesday and he had part ordered same day and was able to repair by Thursday afternoon. So far the problem seems to be fixed. He had the best rates of the 3 that were offered. I saved $15 on the service call alone and he made sure the problem was the least expensive.

Steve was on time went over the washing machine found what the problem was called located the part and installed within a two day period. Steve also took a look at another appliance that I had and fixed that also.

They saved me from having to purchase another dishwasher. They even found and fixed problems with the initial installation.

I had a pretty good experience with the serviceman, he came in and knew what the problem was but had the right part for the wrong stove. Just had tot wait a couple of days for the part to come. Overall pretty good, I would recommend him to my freinds.

I am impressed, my dryer went out and i got on the internet and came here to service majic looking for some help to fix my dryer after i had pressed the submit button for somoene to call me Steve called me within 1 minute, now that is what i call SERVICE MAGIC!! This guy was great, he was low priced and came out to my home and fixed my dryer in 5 Minutes ..... I was really impressed not only on his repair time on my dryer but it only took him 1 minute to contact me after i had submitted a request for someone to call me, the other two companies on Service Magic they DID NOT CALL ME AT ALL ... Steve was very knowlegable in diagnosing and explaining the problem. He had to order a timer for my washing machine. It took a week for his supplier to get the part. Not his fault. As soon as the part came in, he called and came over to complete the repair. The price was reasonable and fully explained with no surprise add-ons. I would definitley use him again and refer him to my friends.

Steve was able to come the day after I called, on a Saturday, which was such a great thing. He was pleasant and professional. Steve also made some safety suggestions and was able to get my stove hooked up and running within an hour. His fees were extremely reasonable and were what he had quoted me. He was great and I would definately recommend him to others.
