Have used Mark for year on almost every â past manufacturer warrantyâ repair in my house. Fair price, fast service and fixed with day or two as he does not stock all parts.

Mark was sent out to my home January 18th, 2021 through my home warranty. I paid him the diagnostic fee of $89. He came and told me it was a simple light bulb replacement and the part would be in in 3 to 5 business days, and once the part was in, he would call to schedule to come fix it. It is now March 1st. I have NEVER received a call back. I have left voice mail after voicemail, no responses whatsoever. Paid him $89 bucks to never hear another peep from him. Thankfully, it is just a light fixture in the fridge that is not working. I cannot imagine if it was anything worse and being without a fridge. Absolutely the worst customer service ever, the in-existence of communication is beyond unprofessional.

Mark was friendly when we first met him and I was happy to know my refrigerator would get fixed soon. THAT WAS NOT THE CASE. We went without a refrigerator for 22 days before the part finally came in...during COVID-19 and lost all my food with a family of 5! Even though Mark told me it would only take 2-3 days to have it fixed. I believe he forgot to order the part. After another week passed I called him for an update to which he did not return my call again. He never returns a phone call but tells you he will within 24hours. Finally, the part came in and he fixed my fridge. Said it would take a day for it to be back to cold temperatures. The next day it was cold, so I bought groceries only to realize my freezer was still not working at 100%. My ice cream was soft and melty. Called him, no answer, left a voicemail, no returned call from him. After another week of no response from him, I contacted the Home warranty company to get ahold of him since I could not. He answered on the first ring. Scheduled to come out the next day between 10-1. 2:30 came that day and he was a no call, no show. My husband and I both tried calling him. I finally left him a very assertive voicemail about his failure to have good customer service. He called back and said he was on the way over. He serviced the freezer and it has been a few days now. It s working, but it is loud as ever. I am writing this review because as I am sitting on my couch, all I can hear it this loud humming coming from my kitchen. It was not like that before Mark fixed it. It is annoying and will likely be like that until I replace it. Choose another company.

I don't ever review, but had to in this case. I have a 2 year old lightly used washer that was excessively knocky/noisy in the spin cycle. Mark diagnosed and suggested that two bracing bars were hitting the tub. After waiting weeks for the parts to arrive (with no contact), he finally replaced them. Obviously that was not the problem, because it's still the same. Even so, the main issue after I spent the $160 is not only the misdiagnosis but the fact that once again, he states on a Sunday that he'll contact me "tomorrow"...well, thats been weeks ago now. $160 down the drain.

The company responded right away. Even knowing that I was in an emergency situation, they did not take advantage of me. They were on time, worked quickly, and my machine is working fabulously!!!

Sears repair was very good.

Iâ m not sure exactly what happened here and Iâ m disappointed because Mark seems to have amazing reviews and he seemed genuine. Mark came to look at our washer over 7 business days ago. We paid him $60. He left an invoice with cost to repair. I called Mark that same day and left a message to go ahead and order the part. He said it would only be 3-5 business days. Itâ s now been over that period. I tried reaching out with no response from him. Itâ s been way too long now without a washer. And unfortunately now I have to cancel the services and buy a new one because our family relies on one.

The service technician was on time and everything is still working fine right now.

Mark showed up when he said he would, was professional and courteous. He became aware of an issue besides the one he was called out for and repaired that as well, all within a timely manner and for much less than I expected to pay. I would definitely use Appliance Medic again, and would gladly recommend him to anyone needing appliance repair.
