My Maytag Refrigerator was not getting really cold and my ice machine was not working. I looked on Angies list 06/23/2019 and some time of way I ended up with Appliance Medic. I assumed since the company was referred by ANGIES LIST not HOME ADVISOR, I would be okay. The company came out 06/24/2019 and cleaned the coils and advised me to allow 2-3 hours for the refrigerator to get cold but it did not get cold. I called Appliance Medic and they said they would be out Wednesday 06/26/2019. Appliance Medic said they tried to call me Wednesday and came to my home but there was no answer so they said the would to come out the next day Thursday 06/27/19. They came out yesterday (Thursday 06/27/19) and replaced a part on my refrigerator and advised me that if that did not work they would be out Friday 06/28/19. My refrigerator IS STILL NOT GETTING COLD!!! I texted them and called the this morning Friday 06/28/2019 and the company said they would not be able to come back out until tomorrow-Saturday 06/29/19 between 11am-1pm. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! I WAS TOLD THE COMPANY WOULD COME BACK TODAY, FRIDAY 06/28/2019. I have been without a refrigerator for a week, all my food is spoiled and I tried to call Appliance Medic back and the would not answer their phone for me nor HOME ADVISOR!!!

Service tech did not try to push buying parts not needed and did a great job explaining the issue we were having and how to rectify the problem.

I hired Josh to repair my washing machine on Monday. He said the parts would be available on Wednesday. It's now Friday and he is not answering any of his phones or texts or emails. Who does business this way. All he has to do is call me to let me know the status of my job. At this point I just want my money back.

They were very fast to get set up appointment, & there were there the very next morning. My refrigerator had gone out Figured out the problem right away Was do helpful & my refrigerator is working😊

Fixed what he could and made recommendations on the options available. Very professional.

They came out to fix my refrigerator on a Friday, told me needed evaporator fan. Told me had to order part and it would be in Tuesday and would come back and install it. Tues came and they were a no show. Tried calling for 3 days and all I got was voice mail. I moved on to a different company.

The service man was on time, courteous, professional, and solved the problem at a GREAT price!

They came twice and it was still not working, the fridge we need a new fridge.

Tech was knowledgeable, on time, friendly. Problem was fixed in half an hour and he gave me helpful suggestions on things that I can do to extend the life of my appliances. He didn t seem rushed. I thought that the service charge was fair for the work done. I would certainly use them again. I never take the time to write reviews, but felt it was necessary to do so with this experience.

Josh was very prompt to contact us, understood what we needed to be done, gave us basic costs, and was available the next day. He did the job very quickly and professionally along with explaining a couple of things we could be on the lookout for. Great overall service. We'll definitely use him again for any appliance service.

They did a good job.

Josh came early wich was great. Fixed and told my what was wrong with my washer. Also gave me information on how to use my dryer correctly and instructed me on the proper cleaning of it. Will use them again for future appliance repairs.

They the came the next day, reviewed my problem, came with the necessary parts and installed them the following day. Everything works fine now. Excellent installer.

Professional, reasonably priced, he got my washer/ dryer combo fixed in one visit. He was also flexible in scheduling, which is very helpful for me as I had to accommodate my work schedules
