Appliance Plus

I called Marvin to repair our Maytag DG610 clothes dryer (circa 1983). He arrived on time, but was unable to complete the repair as gas valve coils had to be ordered. After obtaining the parts, he returned a couple of days later to complete the repair and spent time making the appropriate adjustments to ensure proper operation. The prices charged for parts and labor were quite fair.

He did a great job and very courteous

The worker was on time and finished the work on time.

Marvin was professional and quick fixing the issues with my stove. He told me what was need to be fixed. I didn't shop around so I am not sure if the price was competitive. I did think it was fair price. I would call him back to fix other appliances.

I hired them to install a double wall oven. Text communication was good prior to the install, they were flexible with scheduling and showed up early; however, the work was not good. They were not prepared and had to leave to go to get supplies. It took them several tries to get the oven in place and it's not at all level. I don't have confidence in their electrical work due to the amount of duct tape used, so we're getting the oven reinstalled by another company. They also chipped paint on the walls and scratched the hardwood floors. Marvin did apologize and say he would pay for the floors.
