Diagnosed and repaired easily. Missed projected arrival window but efficiently completed on arrival

I called Appliance ProCare on a Saturday afternoon and Jason came over that evening. I was pleasantly surprised that he was OK being that it was 8:00pm. I even told Jason that we could postpone visit as it was getting pretty late but he insisted it was OK. It took him less than a minute to diagnose my fridge not cooling properly. He temporary manually defrosted our fridge enough so it could work for 2-3 days until he got the parts. Jason came back as promised 3 days later to replace defroster & thermostat. Not only Jason was quick to diagnose & fix problem but he was cordial and patiently explaining what the issue was. Kudos to Appliance ProCare and Jason for resolving fridge problem promptly.

Our Wine refrigerator stopped working. Jason came out to look at it and was able to diagnose the problem & resolve it quickly. He shared tips on continual maintenance of the Wine fridge and actually helped me order some fans on Amazon that would help cool the coils during the warm months. Jason is very friendly, knowledgeable & gave us maintenance tips.

The technician didn’t help us at all. He just took the inspection money and I didn’t get a proper diagnosis. Only buy a new one!! We shouldn’t have to ask them to come. The customer service call wasn’t clear at all about the inspection money. Such a scam!

My experience with the company was lower than my expectations. At first, the job was checking the gas stove, and we paid for it. Then Jason, the technician, pointed out that we needed service in our Sub-Zero refrigerator. He gave us the cost of $600 for inspection and maintenance. He did his work in less than 10minutes. I think that he overcharged us.

We have a "mature" Sub Zero fridge. It required a major overhaul. The technician (Jason) was outstanding. He diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and competed the repair in three days.
