A little on the pricey side at $270 for the dishwasher panel replacement. Mike, Service Expert, was efficient, friendly, professional, on time, and knew what he was doing. Yes, I will (and have) recommmended the company to other individuals.

Nice guys, my washer was fixed, but seemed very pricey- $269 for a pump. Wasn't in a position to do a lot of comparison shopping, but it seemed very high to me.

Very pleased with service. Quick. Technician came out the same day as I called and determined the problem (new motor coupler) immediately. He was able to perform the repair the next day. Also, I was told during the initial call the maximum it could be based on my description of the problem so there was no sticker shock when I got the final amount (less than 200). It's been a few weeks since repair and no issues.

My dryer would turn over but not heat. I thought the heating element or thermostat had broken. The Appliance Pro repairman located the problem and fixed it. It turned out to be a bad wiring connection, not the heating element or thermostat that was the more probable cause. The expertise and honesty of the repairman was refreshing.
