Marcelos was prompt, courteous and knowledge. He diagnosed my oven thermostat problem and ordered the appropriate part. When the part arrived, he scheduled an appointment and effected the repair. My oven is very warm and happy now. I would recommend this company to everyone. They care about their customers and it shows.

Had a problem with my GE PT7550 double oven with error code. Called GE and they couldn't tell me what it meant. Called Marcelo who was immediately responsive, diagnosed problem and encouraged me to contact GE for replacement parts as failure of unit shouldn't have occurred after 3 years and minimal use. I did and when parts are shipped he will finish install for cost of labor with credit for his original diagnosis visit. Extremely responsive!

Marcello returned my initial call within 5 minutes. He and RJ knew exactly what was wrong. Had to order the control board and as soon as it came in (3 days), it is installed and works like new. I found both of them to be exceptional! The cost was a heck of a lot cheaper than calling Sears to fix the machine, too!! Thank you, Marcello and RJ!! Never thought I'd get excited to do laundry!! Lol!

They came the same day I called for a refrigerator repair on a Samsung. They diagnosed the problem immediately, ordered the part needed and came back the next day to install the part and refrigerator is working perfectly. They also re-connected my dryer vent and fixed my dishwasher which had a minor problem for no charge! Highly recommend!
