Diagnosed and fixed the problem well, and was both friendly and professional in his approach. The only negative was that he was a bit disorganized on scheduling — this led to a minor scheduling snafu in my case, but could have been a bigger issue of him not showing up when he said he would, if I hadn’t reached out.
