David responded to our e-mail for service within 10 minutes. We were impressed! He was at our house within a two hr period. After looking at our stove (A Magic Chef with an upper oven that would no longer heat up) he made several phone calls to locate the part. I even assisted him on my computer in locating a service proider. That was 1019/2010. We were told the part could not be ordered until the following week. He was given a check for $132.00 for parts and the service call. During the week of 11/08 thru 11/12 a vmail msg was left on his phone asking for status. to date 11/15/10 we have not received a return call or any type of c

Started out fine, he called before we were even off the SM site. Came over the next night, took the dishwasher apart, found the leak. Gave $75 check( $39.95 to come out & $35.05 for downpayment of the hose needed) to order the part (was cashed next day). Said he'd be out the next day(Fri). Didn't hear anything from him, called the office & woman who answered sounded annoyed but transferred me to Dave, who said he'd be out the next day (Sat). But he never came out, never called. I waited until Tuesday & called, no answer. Emailed & got a response the next day, said he be out, but never did/never called (happened 2 times). No refunds.

DO NOT USE APPLIANCE PRO! SERVICE PERSON CAME OUT...TOOK MY DISHWASHER APART....SAID HE NEEDED TO ORDER PARTS BUT THAT I HAD TO PAY FOR THEM FIRST....NEVER CAME BACK OR RETURNED PHONE CALL....FINALLY SAID I WOULD BE REFUNDED BUT I AM STILL WAITING ON THE REFUND.

We had an issue with the dishwasher where it was not emitting water. My repair man recommended the cost to fix it would not be justified considering the age of the dishwasher. I appreciated the honesty and not the attempt to have me spend my money unjustifiably. Thanks guys!! Great service.

Appliance Pro made a service call on my Maytag washer. I was told the part needed would be installed two days later. I never heard from them again. I called and left messages but the messages were ignored. After at least 3 weeks I finally got someone to respond to a message I had left but was told they would refund my money After another three weeks this has not happened and I have a washer that is torn apart and a part was taken from it by Appliance Pro. I would discourage anyone to avoid Appliance Pro.

Great service - explained in detail the problem my refrigerator was having. Only took off one star because we had to reschedule my appointment twice.
