Jay showed up, fixed the dishwasher quickly. He then looked at the refrigerator and determined he needed to order a part. He came back the next day and quickly fixed it. Both fixed for a reasonable price.

I hired Jared to repair my fridge and we gave him a check for $660 for parts. 10 days later I called him to check on the part and he returned with the ordered part which unfortunately was the wrong part. He said that he will reorder the part I need with estimated delivery by 12/23/17 and he would be back by 12/24/17 to install. We agreed for Jared to return to install the parts on 26th or 27th. After Christmas, he has not called me back. After my numerous calls and emails I haven't heard from Jared yet.

Jerry came to my house the day after being contacted to fix my gas stove top that was not staying lit. After 2.25 hours and much chatter he claimed that a additional part was needed. He ordered the part and I paid in full $283. Jerry guaranteed his work for a year. After contacting him that it was still not working he stood me up on the return appointment. I have texted him 10 times with no response. So, I am out money, time, the part, and my stove top is still broken. I would not recommend jerry from Appliance Pros (owner) and have found this all to be extremely frustrating.

Even though HomeAdvisor had me set an appointment, Jared was able to come out much sooner (thank goodness!). My issue was freezer thawing and fridge freezing in a side-by-side! He found my first problem immediately in the fridge (damper stuck open so the cold air was flowing constantly into the refrigerator) and then we cleaned out the freezer and discovered the evaporator assembly was not cooling completely - likely due to a clog in coils that send freon through the system. Suggested that given the age of the appliance + cost to repair I should be able to find a replacement for just a bit more than the repairs. He even did a quick search for me to give me some ideas and recommendations ! Then when he wasn't going to repair the fridge we went through the other appliances in my kitchen and he told me a few things to be aware of I will definitely call him again when it's time to replace the others to get his recommendations!

Jay was amazing and made us feel like we can trust him with the job.

Jay came out and diagnosed that the dishwasher was shot, gave us options with recommendation not to waste money repairing. Then added value by pointing out issues with cleaning around the refrigerator compressor and stove igniter. Nice guy and will call back again.

Project was to obtain & install control board for Jenn-Air range. Obtained part quickly and installed efficiently. Pleased.
