The Tech was nice and efficient. The only thing I was not happy with was the service call alone was 149.00 plus parts. I felt that was high. I should have been told that when I called for service. I expected an hourly rate of 65.00 plus parts. because I was told it would be 65.00 for them to come out if they did not do the repair. That it was not in addition to the repair if they did the repair it would be parts and labor. the parts were 50.00 and he was here less then an hour my bill was 200.00. I felt that was a lot

Accommodated me on a Saturday! Sent Fred who was kind, professional, mannerly, and FAST! Answered all my dumb questions without hesitation. First-rate service, although $149 to walk in the door is a bit much for a $15 part!

Matt was my technician. He was a very nice person and kept on task, however, he has relatively little experience. He looked at my trash compactor like a squirrel trying to figure out how to open a can of peas. I realize now with the ability to download equipment manuals, a company can significantly cut the cost of hiring a technician who has experience by hiring a person who likes the challenge of figuring out what is wrong with an appliance, downloading the manual and applying (hence, order) to fix the broken appliance. In my case, it did work. However, it will take much longer time to repair because there were a number of try's to see if this way will work before finding the correct way to fix my trash compactor.

SATURDAY SERVICE, RIGHT ON TIME.

Repair technician did his best but water still dripping from refrigerator door. I do not fault tech since there is nothing more to replace except the whole door. If it gets worse will just buy new refrigerator. Too bad it was not an easy fix but not worth putting more money in 5 year old refrigerator.

Promise to arrive before one and the appointment was set for 10:00 a.m. Arrived at 2 after calling them at 1:15. They did not even have a record that I had an appointment yet I had emails reminding me of it. I was quoted $65 min. And then after installing the new ice maker they charge me a $150 for 15 minutes of labor. I would never use this repair company ever again. It's that old bate and switch with the labor prices. I called the company to re negotiate and they just argued that the contract had been signed. I think the part was after market too, not original Whirlpool. Don't be fooled like I was!!!

They were originally scheduled to come out on Friday, but they called and were able to squeeze me in a day early. That was great! The technician inspected the dryer and found that the motor was frozen. I did not choose to have the motor replaced as the cost of the motor plus installation is about the cost of a new dryer and this is an older dryer (about 10 years old). Instead, I simply paid the reasonable service fee.
