Appliance Repair Solutions

Stated the new dishwasher supply hookup was stripped. I think he may have cross threaded fixture. I always hand tighten the metal to plastic fixtures first when I do a project and then hook up the metal to metal. Then snug metal to plastic as third step. Young Installer was pleasant, started efficient and I think tried to do a good job, but may have gotten careless since he arrived late and it was late (around 5 p.m.) when he left. He suggested I call Maytag locally and have them repair the dishwasher under warranty since it was one day old. (I would have offered to come back, pick up the part and finish install for free. I am 81 years old, times are different.) Sour on Angie list. Will not use in future.

The repairman set up an appointment quickly after I contacted Angi and.came the next day. He efficiently cleaned the burners only gas range. He was polite and professional. Thank you, Angi!
