They were unreliable. Made several trips to our house because they could not get parts. They promised they could repair our washing machine after charging us $250.00 and promised to refund but never did. Have been dealing with credit card company going on a THIRD TIME!!!! DON'T USE THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY, BEWARE THEY ARE TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!

Paid almost $300 in advance for repair service that was never completed - only initially diagnosed. They answered my followup calls a month later, saying the part they ordered was still en route, and gave me the number to the parts place. The parts place said they were still waiting for the part, but after three months, no part. They suggested I try their corporate number (of the parts supply place), whose representatives said they were not expecting parts from our manufacturer any time soon (something about the supply of parts from the manufacturer drying up). The part is widely available from other parts places, however, so this should be a slam dunk. This repair service is not a reliable advocate for their customers, and they seem unable or unwilling to answer emails, texts, phone calls, and voicemails. They were the first to reply when I started a Home Advisor project, and the tech seemed really nice, so I wanted to give them a try. We've been dragging our clothes to the laundromat for three months, but have been forced to dispute the charge with our bank, and move on to other solutions if this is not remedied immediately. They appear to be doing business as "Appliance Tech Services."

Had to come out four times to fix washer. First time it leaked and turned out they installed wrong part. Second time barrel seal put in upside down. Good intentions but didn?t send right person to fix it the first time

Responded to request, showed up during appointment that was scheduled but have not heard anything since and payment in full was requested at time of service call, even though no service was done, due to parts having to be ordered.

This company had to come out twice cause they didn't have the part we needed. That was not an issue, my issue both times was the window of time that they promised to be there, he was always late. If you promise to be there within a certain time then you should be there. My time is just as important as theirs .

Could not contact the company after the service was performed and would not come out for a service call.

Charged me to much for the part and too much for the labor. Was here half an hour if that and charged me 3x as much for the part. I will never use them or recommend them for anyone period.

Fridge door problem fixed and tech even discovered that the freezer door wasn't perfect so since the parts came with both sides, he fixed both. Great job , only problem was that voicemail message being full on 2 days and tech was 2.5 hours late which delayed the rest of my day.

Very delight they came out on a Sunday was plus, we establish wonderful relationship the only issue now is I have no way of contacting them due to a voicemail being full need them to come back out to complete job. We would recommend them if they come back out to resolve issue.

Simply put irresponsible....

Communication and follow up with the process has been nearly impossible. Commitment to their time frames have not been met so far. If it weren't for my efforts in communication there would be no communication.

I recommend this company, good service and good price.

They cam out on September 28th. They said I need a roller replacement kit for my Maytag Dryer. I paid $297.00 for parts. The wer to retiurn on Septemebr 29th, they never shwoed up. I called they said they would be here on September 30, they never showed up. I called they said they would be here on October 2nd, never showed up. I then had to go out of town for a week. They said they would be here on October 9th between 9 & 11 never showed up. I just called again no answer left a voicemail. I am asking for a refund and will never call them again.

The technician knew the problem right away and offered a quick and timely solution

Geo was great! He was very professional and personable. He did great work on our stove and dishwasher. He even installed a toilet for us! It was a good thing that Ivan was not our technician. I hear he is technically challenged with toilet installations! Thanks for a job well done Geo! David P. Wheaton
