I hired Darnell to service my dryer around end of July, 2019, he was here 3 times to change the heating element in a 3 month period, recently it stopped working again, I called Darnell told him I had the same problem, he said he would come out, never did, I called him ,he gave me more excuses, said he would come out again, did not, Darnell stopped returning my calls so I had another repair man to come out and he told me the wire was not connected properly, I could have lost everything if an electrical fire broke out

Darnell Willingham responded quickly to my project request and was the first to call. He advised me to upgrade my Badger garbage disposal unit from 1/3 hp to 1/2 hp for higher efficiency which I ordered from Amazon for $89. The unit was to be delivered on Saturday and we set an appointment for Sunday at 2 PM. He arrived early and was done in less than 30 minutes.

Darnell picked up the phone just off his flight from vacation and came over to see what was wrong with my dryer the next night in the rain. He ordered the part and came over two days later when the part was in and fixed it. He gave me an estimate and that is exactly what I paid. No fuss no muss.
