Professional Appliance Repair

In response to my request for refrigerator repair, the company dispatched a technician to inspect the appliance for the initial fee of $99. The technician recommended replacing the fan due to the simple nature of the refrigerator. Following a follow-up visit a few days later, the technician replaced the fan. However, two days later, the refrigerator/freezer combo unit failed completely, along with the persistent condensation issue. I contacted the company again, and they informed me that the fan needed to be warranted. They had promised to contact me with the replacement part once it was available. Unfortunately, I have not received any updates from them. In the interim, I have been compelled to purchase a new refrigerator to store my groceries. This incident has resulted in a total financial loss of $400, encompassing the failed repair, the groceries that were in the refrigerator at the time of failure, and the cost of the replacement refrigerator.

Very professional. Excellent diagnosis. Service call fee reasonable and was applied as credit for final repair once parts were received and installed. Clean up was excellent. Totally satisfied.

They were prompt, got the job accomplished, and the technician was excellent.
