They took my starter switch on my dryer. Never repaired my clothes dryer control panel but charged me for it.

Be aware that the company scheduled appointments and never followed through. Do not pay unless the service has been completed.

Customer service is not there priority. Take cautious.

contractor was able to complete the repairs in a very timely manner. courteous, professional and repairs came in under budget and were completed start to finish in under 2 hours.

Promptly diagnosed problem and repaired. Followed up next day. Did not require appliance replacement.

There is an apparent lack of communication within the company, they rescheduled twice because they ordered the wrong part, never showed up on time, I had to call them to remind them of our appt times, and I overall just felt like they didn't think my time was valuable. They fixed the machine, but their business practices I don't agree with. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Came out to repair dryer heating element. Told me I had a power issue and charged $129. Had apartment complex maintenance come out and nothing wrong with power. Called company back and they kept telling me they would have someone call me back but no one ever did. May just replace the part myself.

Customer no-service. Told me the part was back ordered for 3 weeks. Charged my credit card before then. Six weeks went by with no word. Multiple attempts to contact them with no luck. Finally got someone who promised Crystal would call me back. Nope. Several more attempts before I got someone that said the part was still back ordered until Nov. 8. Have heard nothing since. Finally had to go buy a new refrigerator. Cot wait to see what I will go through to get a refund.

Hired them to repair dishwasher. After initial visit, they were supposed to return the next day to fix it.they didn't show up for appointment and didn't call. I called and they didn't have part, had to order. take 2 days. set up appointment and never showed up. lady answering phone wouldn't answer or call me back. finally got answering service. they had different lady call me back and offered me a full refund. I accepted. was told 3 to 5 business days. Still waiting 12 business days later. As of now, would not recommend this firm to anyone.

Company was fine,I did not use them because of repair costs 423.00 on washing machine.Other than that, technician was nice , customer service was nice. They do have a real good low service charge compare to others , I would recommend them. Thanks

The tech was knowledgeable and confirmed what we thought was the problem with the refrigerator. He also confirmed that the manufacturer no longer made the part and it was not available for purchase anywhere else.

Professional, on time as scheduled with confirmation when they were on their way. I was a little surprised about the cost of replacing a fuse to fix the problem, but they did have to diagnose the issue. The whole job was completed in about 20 minutes. One year warranty on the work too. Seemed to be training a new technician (and I was good with that)... Very good experience with this company and I would not hesitate to use them again.

The tech was prompt on arrival and the work was efficiently performed.

They merely diagnosed the problem but could not get the part to Fix cooler. Wasted my money after describing the situation to them prior to coming out. It is not fair for me to rate work that was not done!

They came to my house promptly, did a repair professionally, then disappeared. The repair did not work (refrigerator temperature problem) and I called and called and they never called back. Eventually I protested the credit card charge and Visa sided with me and I got the credit for their on-work. Terrible experience! Don t use them.
