I contacted them because my washer was making some loud noises that I couldn?t ignore and was afraid to keep using it. Chris came out and diagnosed the issue right away. He gave me the break down and showed me what parts were worn out and took care of it the same day. Very pleased with this company and Chris the technician. I will recommend them to everyone I know. Omar is a pro. Punctual, friendly and knows his craft very well. He went right to work fixing a water leak on my washer and then replaced the dryer belt, all within an hour. Tested and cleaned up. A very neat job by a very neat guy. Pricing was very considerate. You will not regret hiring Omar!

I have a 2017 Electolux front loader and a 2006 (!) Frigidaire gas dryer. I was on the fence of buying replacements or fixing the ones I had. Omar and his assistant saved both! The rubber door seal of the washer was gross and moldy-- they replaced that and gave me tips to prevent mold in the future. They also cleaned and rebalanced the machine. He gave the dryer a tune up and confirmed all the parts still worked and looked great. Lint was cleaned on the inside (so much, so gross!) and a new door latch installed and I was good to go. They were friendly, helpful and efficient! Best part is I didn't have to replace the machines and also kept them out of a landfill. Win-win!

Omar repaired the water line and door switch on our refrigerator. He was able to walk me through the issues and show me the parts required and costs for the fix. He was very efficient at fixing all the issues and very fair. I highly recommend The Appliance Repair Doctor.
