The repairman told me I needed a new washing machine pump which was going to cost $320.00 but that it was worth doing because he said I have a nice machine but he would have to order the part for two day later installation. HE promised me I would be 1st customer of the day, he was 2 hrs late only because I called then After running the machine several times and squeezing the drain trap & pouring a cleaning solution in wash cycle he said I did not need a new pump it was only clogged and charged me $150. I feel the $60. Service charge covered the capful of cleaner and pushing the machine buttons several wash cycles.

Great customer service, and after getting washing machine looked at, it was apparent that it would be better to purchase a new one rather than replace the whole motor, since the washer was at least 8 years old. Would definitely use again if another appliance breaks.

Always start your own trouble shooting and replace or repair what you can. It helped by eliminating all the smaller problems and they repairmen knew exactly what was required.

Very quick, very competent, very easy, and very expensive. For a 20 minute repair, how about cleaning off the the dust that had accumulated under the casing.

Left a message on my first call and they promptly called me back. On time with their first visit to determine the problem with my refrigerator. Bad inverter board that needed to be ordered from the factory. They said it would be a couple days to get the part and then they would be back to install. Never got a call back, after four days I called them. Said the part would be in the on the following Monday which was three more days. Did not get a call on Monday and I called on Tuesday. Part arrived as promised and they came out in the afternoon and installed. All is working fine. Quick and seemingly good quality work. When you are without a refrigerator for 8 days not an easy thing to work around. They were very professional but did not get a sense that they were empathetic to my situation and did not go the extra mile to keep me informed of the timing.

Recommend buying the parts yourself first, then call someone else. I had 4 springs replaced on a washer and was charged 3 times the part's price that I can get from the official manufacturer's site. Which means they most likely can get even cheaper as an repair company. Feels like just another company taking advantage of people. Will try someone else next time.

The defective refrigerator was running five degrees warmer when the tech left than when when he arrived. They would not come back out to try again.
