They came out to repair my dishwasher. He came to fix it and diagnosed the problem fairly quickly. He told me to pay half up front and that he would be back once the part was delivered. He never came back. I called for a refund after 2 weeks of him not showing up. He said he processed the refund and never did. Instead he blocked my number and stopped answering.

I hired Ahsan to repair a washing machine, they came came out to look at the machine, told me I needed to buy another one, I paid them $793.00 for a floor model, they installed it 3/31/2020, it worked 3 or 4 washes and started making noise like my old one, I called Ahsan he told me I will get a refund for that, never received one, every time I call they always have an excuse, I called from a burner number and he answered, told me the same ole same ole, promised to call me back on 9/12/2020, did not, they have blocked my number

The repair technician was knowledgeable and conscientious about his work.

Ours was a simple fix to the dryer, which Ali was honest about. We were charged only for a service call and nothing else. In this day and age, he could have told us it was what we incorrectly thought it was, and installed a new heating element. How refreshing!

Responded very quickly and they diagnosed the issue. Ali gave us tips for things we can do to extend the life of our appliances, which is greatly appreciated. I would definitely hire them again!

Great repairman. But I don't understand why GE would produce products of such poor quality. We bought the high end stove and refrigerator expecting them to serve us without fail which has not been the case. I don't think we'll buy GE in the future.

He is well qualified and well experienced. When he came over he knew exactly what to do and get the job done.
