Honest guy, very. Very informative throughout the repair process. Very skillful and always working on the owner side of things. Even gave tutorials after repair to ensure appliances are used correctly and to its fullest potential without creating the same problem that caused the machine to break down in the first place! This is the guy to call for all your appliances repair needs. Additional info, he was on time, works after hours, and responds to calls and text messages. Great guy!
