Jermaine was very professional and he knew what he was doing. He was very quick and he tested all options and found out what the problem was and fixed it right away. Even going to Lowe s getting the part and coming back to make sure we had a cooktop and oven working. I would highly recommend him and his business. Very professional!!

Jermaine is a very nice person, he is friendly, courteous, and respectful. Originally I asked for him to install a refrigerator and freezer at the cost of 150.00. Four days before my appointment I asked if he could expand his appointment to include installing an oven, microwave, and warming drawer. I also told him he would need additional manpower as these appliances are very very heavy. Jermaine said he felt he could move appointments around to accomplish this and we agreed to a fee of 350.00. Jermaine arrived exactly on time for the installation, the only problem he did not have additional help - instead, I was shocked to see he had two children with him under the age of 12. I know school is out, but I am hiring workers for a job I expected to have completed this day. Jermain leveled the fridge and freezer roll them into place but was unable to install the trim kit. He also said he had to leave for his next appointment. I gave him a check for 150.00 and told him I would find someone to install the other appliances. - So I accept responsibility for a change order. However a professional would admit he did not have time to complete my job and let me have the option of finding another service person or waiting for another appointment time he was available to complete my job. While trying to install the trim kit he scratched my wall and my fridge So- no I am not happy, he may be a great appliance repair person but he is not a great appliance installer.

"Thank you for the feedback. We never agreed multiple tasks would be completed, it was only proposed. As for the trim, the walls being erroneously constructed caused that to be an impossibility. And, as professionals we could not in good conscience do as recommended and "put it up anyway, that will make my house even more unique". We were all very satisfied we could amicably agree, with these proposed projects conflicting with our busy schedule and the home being under construction and non-compliant a person with the required permits should be hired to complete the installations. My two helpers for the day(My sons both over 14) and I noticed scratches everywhere seeing it was under construction, the presumption was clearly you were aware. I apologize for the inconvenience of having appliances installed in the middle of construction. Good luck with your endeavors. I know it's frustrating in the midst of remodeling but it will be all worth it upon completion. It was a pleasure doing business with you."

Now qualified for gas job. did more damage than repairs. HAVE A GE TECH COMING ON TUES. THE 16TH. your guy melted my knobs on stove. Replacements $37.00.

"We apologize for the inconvenience. We attempted the gas install after the homeowner attempted the service. We don't normally do service on a unit (gas) someone else or a customer has already attempted to repair for this reason, there are always anomalies, when persons are unqualified fail/harm the unit. We did our best, not wanting any unforeseen gas hazards, we discontinued the service at no charge of course. We will reimburse you the $40 for the replacement knobs even though we already shipped replacements to you at no cost. We are pleased you followed our advice and called a GE specialist. Thank you for the opportunity to complete the service."

I was really impressed with Jermaine. I was concerned with having someone in my house during this pandemic. Jermaine assured me would be wearing a mask and gloves. He fixed the problem with my washing machine and found another problem, which he came back a few days later with the part and fixed it quickly. I would definitely recommend Anyplace Appliance to my friends and family.
