Dimitri correctly diagnosed the malfunctioning component of my washer by the brand and completed the repair in less than 30 minutes from the time he walked in the door. Very professional, friendly and ethical. I would definitely use him again.

Timer was bad on the washer and Dmitry went above beyond to help locate a replacement as they no longer manufacture the brand I had, very nice guy to work with.

Dimitri arrived on time, evaluated/diagnosed the problem, gave a price and had the necessary part with him. He was punctual, on mark with the problem, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and explained the process/problem thoroughly. Replaced the ice maker and explained how long it would be before ice was ready-and we had ice as explained. Gave a 90 day warranty on his work. Very satisfied with Dimitri and his work/service.
