Ruben was very responsive and very thorough on the phone prior to even setting the appointment. He was focused on trying to diagnose the problem as I was not sure if it was caused by dishwasher or a plumbing issue. His overall knowledge and excellent demeanor during the visit was excellent and I would not hesitate to use his services again.

Ruben was reliable i donâ  t trust many contractors but he was exceptional , courteous and knew exactly what was wrong with my unit , I wish the part couldâ  ve came earlier but I understand it wasnâ  t his fault since the pandemic has everything up side down nowadays , I will definitely recommend him to anyone

I think they are overpriced and they are rude.

Hey and thanks for your review, the price was rather reasonable it was $125 for labor and $ 60 for the belt, which is pretty reasonable considering the whole unit had to be taken apart and put back together, you seemed to be price shopping for someone to do it cheaper than that, and in the end, when you couldn't find anyone you called us and said to cancel because your husband was able to do it, we understand that in these times the price may have been too high for your budget, we also do not remember having an issue with you you seemed like a great person, do not know where in the conversation things became uncomfortable but for what it.
