hello I am very disappointed the repair man matt that came out to fix the dryer he had to take off the front off the dryer to fix the 4 rollers but after he had left after a few loads of laundry the front of the dryer came off after looking at it look like when putting the front back on he managed to brake the clips that hold the front on and some how over tighten the vent cover causing it to brake after a few loads then when we called them back out to fix what they broke, they over tighten it again broke the plastic over the screw hole and use epoxy in a dryer around the screw to hold it in place to fix his mistake that we didn't find out about till after he had left and during the first load it busted off the screw and was rattling around in the dryer with the piece of plastic and the epoxy still around the screw then charge us for fixing the part that he had broke the first time but for a second broken piece that he broke installing and just put epoxy on and thought that would work in a dryer

We got more information from this company regarding our issue with our refrigerator than we did with the LG trained factory representatives. We we required to pay $125.00 up front to LG and their representative spent exactly 10 minutes on the service call and refused to diagnose our problem unless something was clearly broken or not working . We won't be buying any more LG Products ever again. Appliance Repair Systems was affordable and professional; unlike the LG customer service/factory representative who clearly did not want to be here.

Had a Whirlpool dishwasher not running the wash cycles after loading water. Tech came out on schedule and did a thorough exam of the washer. I learned a ton about dishwashers! Not able to locate an obvious problem, but tech gave me some pointers on things to do and monitor. I still consider the visit money well spent. Professional, friendly.

I had an LG refrig/freezer that was in need of repair. I contacted this pro through Home Advisor. They were prompt, timely, and kept in contact with me throughout the project. As it turned out, the unit could not be repaired, however, it was not for their lack of trying. VERY PROFESSIONAL !

Wow, do I feel lucky to have found Appliance Repair Systems!!!!! If they would have had the part in stock, my dryer would have been working the next day after I contacted them. Needless to say, two days after I called them my dryer is up and running and the invoice paid via Quick Pay. I would recommend Dana Sorenson and his company to anyone who needs an appliance repair service. Great customer service!!!!

I received a phone call from Appliance Repair Services shortly after submitting my request for a quote on Home Advisor. Dana was very nice and scheduled my service appointment for the next business day. Matt arrived at the scheduled time and was able to diagnose the problem and repair my oven in a matter of minutes. What really impressed me was that the control panel was bad but instead of suggesting a buy a new one he fixed the old one. We then looked up the part to see what it would cost if I have to replace it in the future and learned it is no longer available. I would have had to replace the oven. For the cost of a service call they saved me a huge expense. Both Dana and Matt were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They have my business for any future appliance repair needs I might have and I highly recommend this company.
