"I'm really surprised by the low rating. I came on a Sunday and thoroughly checked the whole unit over and even balanced the unit. I felt bad that the call was for a loud noise which was lower bearing noise from just normal wear and tear. I gave the customer extra work, , by balancing the unit and checked over all the systems. Told them the noise was normal based on the age and how much the unit was used. Also told the customer that the unit could have much more longevity, but ultimately the unit is on its way out and replacing will be necessary. I charged $85 for a standard service/trip/diagnostic fee that is good for 30 days."

They came 02-02-18. They looked at my washer and told me the price was $475. I gave them $250 up front. He sent another guy back who was there for a few hours and said he needed another part. It ended up taking over a month to try and fix my washer. He kept having to come back and then said he couldn't fix it. He charged me $80 and then said he'd give me the rest of the money back. It's been over a month. With the way we've been talking it seems like he'll never get my money back to me.

We are very happy that we hired Chris to repair our dishwasher and laundry washer. Chris made it out to us even during an ice storm outside! He was very communicative in letting us know when he would arrive. Chris not only fixed our appliances but gave us great money saving tips. He was also super friendly with our young kids who were in the home. We will definitely be using Chris again for our appliance repair needs!

REVISE REVIEW: After contacting Appliance Repair Tech, well within our 90 day service warranty, due to a continuing problem of dirty dishes NOT getting clean, they promised to come the next day to fix the issue. Well, the next day turned into NEVER. I resorted to calling another service for help. A part that was installed improperly by Appliance Repair Tech was then reinstalled and the problem was fixed. Very disappointing service all around and would not recommend or use again.

While the technician was very nice, I do not believe he knew what he was doing and could not fix my washing machine. Before he came I could wash the cloths but the spin did not work. After he left, I could not use the machine at all.

Chris was scheduled on short notice after another service failed to show up. He was delayed due to a true service emergency but provided constant updates. When he arrived he quickly diagnosed the problem and corrected the issue with our dryer. He also provided some helpful tips on extending the life of our washer and dryer. I would heartily recommend him to anyone who has any appliance issue.
