With over 20 years of experience, we at Appliance Repair of North Texas, are your best choice for overall appliance repair. From large to small, we fix it all! We accept cash, checks, and all major Credit Cards. The technician will provide you with a quote, that is valid for 30 days. We guarantee our work. Our technicians are factory trained, and insured. We offer a 30 day warranty on labor and 90 days on parts. We strive to provide same day service. Sometimes that is not possible, but we make every effort to accommodate our customers, and their schedule. We are a locally owned, family business. We currently have 4 Technicians. We cover all of Dallas and surrounding cities.

My washing machine had flooded. Jose came and spent a long time and was able to fix the machine. And I only was charged the $49 service fee.

They showed up on time. For $75 trip change, they stayed about 15 minutes and diagnosed the problem as a broken drain pump. Said it would cost too much to repair and the washer was old and should be replaced. We found the part on the internet for $70.00 and replaced it ourselves. It was certainly worth keeping and my 2004 almond washer and dryer still match.

"Hi Luann, I'm sorry you that were dissatisfied with our service as well as the price of our diagnostic fee. As you may know, our technicians use an industry standard pricing guide for our repairs. Our technicians also buy all of their parts from the same parts distributors to ensure the best quality for our customers. With that said; we don't have anything against buying parts offline, but it is impossible to inspect and guarantee that you are purchasing a functional part when you are having it shipped from an unknown source. After reviewing your information, I see that you have a Maytag Neptune T/L washer. Based on the symptoms you were having and the diagnosis by our technician, the repair for replacing your drain pump would have far exceeded the cost of a new unit. Our technician felt it in your best interest to suggest purchasing a new unit in order to keep you from paying more than it was worth to do the repair. However, we do advise customers to do repairs themselves to save money when they are able. If you ever need service in the future; please don't hesitate to give us a call. Alisa and Clarence are everything you want in a contractor - available, friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, & organized. Clarence & Jeremy quickly solved the issues affecting my washer and dryer, walked me through what needed to be repaired, answered all my questions, and completed the necessary repairs in a timely manner. When I need appliances repaired again my first call will be to Alisa & Clarence!

They would not provide an estimate of any kind before they came out. I was clear that my range was old and not high quality. They came out and then gave me an estimate for services that was pretty much what it would cost me to replace it. So I paid $85 for them to visit me. ugh
