We accept cash, checks, and all major Credit Cards. The technician will provide you with a quote, that is valid for 30 days. We guarantee our work. Our technicians are factory trained, and insured. We offer a 30 day warranty on labor and 90 days on parts. We strive to provide same day service. Sometimes that is not possible, but we make every effort to accommodate our customers, and their schedule. We are a locally owned, family business. We currently have 4 Technicians. They showed up on time. For $75 trip change, they stayed about 15 minutes and diagnosed the problem as a broken drain pump. Said it would cost too much to repair and the washer was old and should be replaced. We found the part on the internet for $70.00 and replaced it ourselves. It was certainly worth keeping and my 2004 almond washer and dryer still match.

As you may know, our technicians use an industry standard pricing guide for our repairs. Our technicians also buy all of their parts from the same parts distributors to ensure the best quality for our customers. With that said; we don't have anything against buying parts offline, but it is impossible to inspect and guarantee that you are purchasing a functional part when you are having it shipped from an unknown source. After reviewing your information, I see that you have a Maytag Neptune T/L washer. Based on the symptoms you were having and the diagnosis by our technician, the repair for replacing your drain pump would have far exceeded the cost of a new unit. Our technician felt it in your best interest to suggest purchasing a new unit in order to keep you from paying more than it was worth to do the repair. However, we do advise customers to do repairs themselves to save money when they are able. If you ever need service in the future; please don't hesitate to give us a call.
