"Thank you Chris for taking the time to write a review. We work on many Samsung products and have never said we were an authorized provider. We repair appliances and provide a service we do not work directly with Samsung or in that matter any manufacturer directly and have never said we do. We do not do warranty work with Samsung or any other manufacturer and when a warranty question arises we always let our customers know that we will repair their appliance however it is up to our customers to talk and directly deal with their warranty company however we will require the customer to pay our fees at the time of service. The reason we do not work with warranty companies is because we are a small company and cannot wait numerous months to get paid for a service, we require payment at time of service. I am unsure why you got us involved if you had been speaking directly with Samsung and negotiating repair work with them. Thank you and best of luck with your Samsung warranty work."
"Anna, Thank you for taking the time to review us. After speaking with you on the phone to get an understanding of the bad review it is my understanding you were not happy with being charged a trip charge and diagnosis fee when your refrigerator was not repairable. It is our policy to charge a trip charge and diagnostic fee if no repair work is done. Our technician came out to your house and gave you a diagnosis and said it would be in your best interest to purchase a new refrigerator that yours was not worth repairing. Whether that takes 5 minutes or 5 hours to come to that diagnosis we still charge a trip charge and diagnosis fee if no repair work is done, we can not go out to people's houses free of charge unfortunately. You had said the technician spent 5 minutes diagnosing the issue however he also spent drive time, gas, vehicle wear and tear, etc. to get to your house which can take anywhere from 5 minutes to over an hour depending on where he was at prior to your house which we simply can not do for free. My apologies you feel the way you do however. Best of luck with your new refrigerator."
