Service worker came and charged me the 89,00 I was told I had to pay for the service call/inspection, There was not a full inspection of my Dryer, was asked what problem was and was told that 3 parts were needed to order. When parts came in the service provider came out install and at that time opened control panel and told us the entire panel needed replacing. Over $380.00, I would not have order the parts the first visit if he would have opened and checked that panel the first visit. I did not complete the service because it would be cheaper to replace the 10 year old dryer. Service provider even said he could use tape to attach the new parts but would not warranty it to hold.

Fixed the issue with my dryer and charged a reasonable price, even though a part had to be ordered and installed on a second visit. I would recommend ARS to anyone needing appliance repairs.

Repairman Arnie Torres was outstanding! He was very knowledgeable and repaired the microwave oven quickly. The repair charge was very reasonable. I highly recommend Arnie and the Appliance Rescue Service for any appliance repairs. I will only call this company for any future appliance repairs!
