Fernando came out as scheduled and replaced one of the rollers in my dryer. The repair was quick. Fernando inspected the other parts of the dryer, and explained everything was in working order. I had to call him back because my dryer started making a squealing noise. He came back and inspected the dryer, everything was once again in working order. Because of the 90 day warranty, the second call was no cost to me (unless I needed a new part, then I would have paid for only that. The second time out he was a little late, but he called me early enough in my day for me to work around it.

Very good service. The tech showed up on time and was so friendly to explain what is wrong with the dryer and how he will repair it. I just feel the repair cost is quite high.

Fernando is not only knowledgeable he is also very personable. Work was done when promised and well. They call ahead and keep you informed of when they will be there. I would recommend this company. Also we like to use small business and this company is that and more!!

The service professionals from Appliance Rescue were prompt, polite, and knowledgeable. Problems with my appliance were pointed out and repair was explained. I thought the price quoted was fair and I will definitely hire them again.

Great service. Lewis was very informative. Price was very reasonable. He even went beyond by helping me put my pot rack back on the wall that I removed so that could pull out the fridge if needed. Would recommend to anyone.
