Chad Ricks and Appliance Service Unlimited is by far the best business (and business people), I have ever had the pleasure to work with. I filled out my inquiry on Home Advisor at 11am and by 11:07 Chad contacted me, priced my job (washing machine repair) and had someone in my house by 2 pm. The job was completed (including installation of new part) within the 1/2 hour. By 3 pm, I was doing laundry. The price was well under what others were charging and the service excellent. Life would be better if more people like Chad and his crew. THANK YOU!

Mike arrived when he said he would and figured out the problem with our washing machine. After a discussion about the pros and cons of repair or replace we decided to replace and we went with Mike's recommendation. The scheduling was prompt, the communication was excellent, and Mike was very courteous and professional. We highly recommend Appliance Services Unlimited.
