    Moses came out and fixed my dryer during the Great Quarantine, social distancing and all. Very professional and for the job done as quickly as reasonably possible under the current “stay home” situations. Would definitely hire again.

    I originally used PSEG and they told me I needed a motor(not covered under warranty). While I was physically present Moses diagnosed problem accurately, corrected problem that should have been covered under warranty. I would have paid less if I called Appliance Smart Repair from the beginning. The technician, Moses was honest, respectful and professional

    He charges $60 to come look at it. Said the repair was not worth it, to get a new washer. Not sure if he only gets these estimate fees or if he fixes some. His clothes and hands were very clean it made me suspicious. I might be wrong.

    Dear Ma'am Yes we do charge $60 trip diagnostic charge that can be applied towards parts and repairs. Yes, the technician greeted you with clean hands and clean clothes. As a former GE and Whirlpool technician I can invite anyone to compare our prices, we are 50% less expensive. Statistically over 95% of the time it is more cost effective to repair. The remaining 5% the technician can assist customers for making smarter future purchases.

    Not only was Moises very knowledgeable but also an all around good guy. Felt very comfortable alone with him in my home, would 100% use him again, and will recommend him to anyone in need of appliance work. His prices were fair (lower than Home Depot wanted to charge for an install) and he was upfront about all costs before starting any work. Highly Recommend.
