Isaiah and his team did an amazing job on my apartment. His work ethic speaks volumes and was evident the moment he came to give me a free quote. He took his time walking through the apartment and explained what the vision I had for my space would entail. He was punctual and very professional. He gave me his honest opinion when asked and respected my decision on how I wanted things to look. While I was traveling, Isaiah kept me in the loop regarding the progress for this major project. He created a shared photo album so I could see how things were manifesting and called to discuss any concerns that came up. He was always keen on making sure the job was well done, even if it took him all night to stay on schedule. My apartment is now a home and I have personally referred him to my family members. My aunt was present during our initial consult and after seeing the finished product, asked if we could hire Isaiah to work on my grandmother's house overseas! Isaiah not only listened to what I wanted, he made it happened. He goes beyond expectation and is very considerate. Due to traveling for long periods of time, I told Isaiah I would be unable to put the rubbish out for garbage pick up. After working all week, he would clean and keep the apartment organized, he even returned at night to put the rubbish out the night before collection. He is thorough, hardworking, honest, respectful and I am so happy I chose him for the job. He didn't take any shortcuts, even if it meant calling in some others to help, and having difficult conversations as to why the job may take longer. He actually ended up correcting a lot of the mistakes previous workers had made and it cost him a lot of time but he did it with a smile and kept me informed every step of the way. He wanted to make sure he did things correctly and made sure I understood what needed to be changed and why. Anthony did a phenomenal paint job and the electrician he called in to install my recessed lighting did a great job as well. You can tell from one conversation that Isaiah sets a high standard for the work he does. He is such a detail-oriented person and a perfectionist to say the least. His customer service is exceptional and I can't believe how well he executed my vision for my living space. Should you need any work done, ever, he's your guy.

Don't use Innovation Solution he is a complete rip-off artist! I reached out to Home Advisor to find a repair person for my Samsung front load washer. I also needed to have an installation of a control panel for my bathroom floor heater. I was also having a problem with a light fixture in my storage room. The same day I received a call from Isaiah Adams of The Innovation Solution. He said he would be able to help. We scheduled an appointment for that week. I also asked him if he was a licensed electrician and he said yes but I never saw his license. He installed the control panel, then we went to change out the light fixtures. We determined that it was actually a faulty bulb that was causing the problem and found replacement LED bulbs which I ordered and replaced myself. Then we went to the machine. He ran a diagnostic on the machine. Once he was finished it seemed the machine started to work again. This only lasted an afternoon. I was able to run three washes that day but the next day the machine did not work. I had asked him at the time of his visit if the machine started to act up after he fixed it what does he do. He told me he had a one year guarantee on his work and he would come back at no charge to me. I called Isaiah the next day to tell him that the machine stopped working again and he said he knew what it was and would order the part. This was on Nov. 9th. I checked with him early the next week to see when he could come to replace the part but he had not received it. We tentatively scheduled something for that week but the part did not arrive. Eventually, he came the next week. At the end of the first visit, I asked him what I owed him and he told me $800 dollars. I said I thought that was a huge amount especially since he didn't replace the light fixtures and he didn' t really have to do a repair on the machine only push some buttons. I said I would pay him $650 and I had other jobs that I would have him back for. He agreed. He eventually came back to me with the replacement part. Did the installation and at the end of the visit, I asked him how much did I owe him for the part. He told me it was $326.62 cents. I felt that was extremely high. I went onto the Samsung sight and called them. They gave me a price of $111.89. I was extremely upset and called Isaiah. He told me it was the incorrect part and gave me the proper item number. I went back to the Samsung site and found that part he charged me $326.62 for only cost $169.98 on the Samsung site. He gave me a story about how he rushed the delivery and the shipping was $31 dollars and how he ordered it from another site which cost more money but he would not show me the actual bill. It was about 2 weeks after he said he would order the part that he finally came back to fix the machine. That doesn't sound like he placed a rush order. He is a rip-off. He completely overcharged me I feel completely taken advantage of. If you ever come across him and decide to use him make sure you ask upfront what he will charge you. Get it in writing. He says he guarantees his work but clearly he wanted to be paid to come back to my house again for a job he says he guaranteed.

Isaiah may be the hardest working repairman in NYC. He got stuck on the job before mine, called to let me know he's be delayed and even tho it was late and he could have cancelled, he did not. He checked everything, found the problem and answered all my questions. He's a lovely person and a very thorough diagnostician. Highly recommend him for all repair jobs.

Great service

Isaiah is the most painstaking, thorough and conscientious person I have ever come across. Not only did he clean our range, but he took it apart and got into every nook and cranny. Extraordinary in very meaning of the word. I am very happy with the work and he was a pleasure to be with. I would use him again in a heartbeat and recommend him to anyone who wants a job done as near to perfection as can be achieved.

Isaiah was fantastic. He cleaned out our AC units, which were having issues. There was excessive mold, dust, and dirt - he was able to clean out the unit in our bedroom and living room. When he left, our apartment immediately felt and smelled cleaner. He also knew an incredible amount about air conditioning units, which was comforting. Will definitely hire again.

I had such a great experience with Isaiah from start to finish. He replaced my garbage disposal unit and walked with me through every aspect, including providing different models and costs and additional options to consider, without pushing for anything. He was completely transparent about cost of parts, as he provided the link with the cost, so I knew there wasn t an up charge of parts. The total price was very reasonable especially since he came in at 30% less than the other company I got a quote from. He completed the work professionally and cleaned everything after. He explained to me how the unit worked and had me check things to make sure everything looked good. This was probably one of the best experiences I had in Manhattan with repair work. I am definitely using him for any other job I have!

With the temperature in NYC now dropping to the 30s my home has gotten a little colder than usual. My heater did not seem to want to work and I reached out to Innovation Solution. When I Isaiah arrived it was a relief to see someone know how to take care of the problem quickly and confidently and I m even more thrilled that I haven t had any issues with the heat since. Isaiah did a wonderful job cleaning our dishwasher pump and spent extra time explaining what he was doing. I would highly recommend Innovation for appliance repairs or any other job they do! They are concerned about developing relationships with clients, not just getting in and out quickly.

I don t usually do reviews but I wanted to commend this young man ( Isaiah) on his professionalism and hard work. My dishwasher stopped working all of a sudden and it needed to be repaired ASAP as I use this appliance daily. He arrived on time and was able to asses and fix the issue very quickly. The dishwasher is running like new.

I called innovation solutions and received a fast response from Isaiah who was very professional with great communication skills. I was having issues with a running toilet, refrigerator door gasket/refrigerator control panel, as well as an corrosion pipe under the sink. Isaiah was able to arrive on time, set a standard price that was affordable and work efficiently and effectively to solve the problem at hand. He had great attention to detail and made sure that the repair was done neatly and correctly. It has been 2weeks since the repair was made and I have not had any issues whatsoever. He also stated if there were any issues he was prepared to take initiative to find another solution; so I guess it s safe to say that this company lives up to its business name. I look forward to hiring the innovation solutions for further repairs and would be recommended them to family, friends as well as business associates.
