He was very professional and very knowledgeable. He was in out pretty quickly. Price was great also.

I was not happy with them. The were late for my appointment and did not call (flat tire?). They offered me a 20% discount if I allowed them to come back the next day. They fixed a jammed icemaker in less than 1 hour and charged me $160. They were not able to help me with some misc. shelf parts that I needed to know where they belonged) That price was supposed to be with the 20% discount (wasn't noted on invoice)..... AND net of the $25 trip charge that they deduct if you use them for your repair. They would not call me back about the 20% discount until we got ServiceMagic on the phone with them on a 3-way..............Steer Clear!

TOO EXPENSIVE

Great experience. Friendly staff. The technician was on time and called ahead. He was in and out in about 30 minutes. Reasonable pricing.

The repairman was very personable and nice. However, he had to call to get directions (no map or gps?). He was driving his personal vehicle and wore no uniform which made me wonder about the legitimacy of the business. He carried no receipts and the "office manager" said she would scan and email a receipt to me which she never did. I had a choice; pay him $35 for a service call and call someone else or trust him with the repair. I have no idea if I got value for my money since I don't know what someone else would charge.

They were here less than 10 minutes and the price was very high for the short lenghth of time.

Contractor had to come back four times, never was able to repair unit. We then called another company and their Tech fixed the unit within an hour. Appliance Specialists have $150 I paid them for a part that was not used and they now will not return my e-mail or telephone calls. The representatives were very courteous but could not get the job done and the status of my refund is uncertain.

experienced may problems: many delays, no shows, wrong part ordered. a simple task took forever to complete. but the job is finally done and discounts were offered for all the trouble.

They came out the next day after our initial contact. The jobs were done to my satisfaction and both applicances worked perfectly. The price was average for the type of job done.

Very efficient i would reccomend to others

I am completely dissatisfied with Appliance Specialists. I made a request to this company in beginning of Nov to repair my stove. Two weeks later I am calling for an update and was told the needed part was on backorder. I shouldn't have to call them for this. The part finally came in and tech tells me its the wrong part. I was charged for this service and and the part almost a month later my issue has not been fixed. I guess the Company folded because now after I paid my money I somehow cannot reach anyone at the office. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. I feel taken advantage of by these people.

The service was great, very prompt, thorough and professional. I would recommend Appliance Specialist to anyone looking for this service.

They repaired my freezer twice for the same problem - and it stopped working again - after 4 months. They still haven't fixed it and want to keep recharging me to come out when the haven't fixed the problem. They are very hard to schedule, and dont show up when they say they will. I dont think they know what they are doing.

The service was done on time and professional with a friendly attitude and knowledgable about the service provided. I am very happy with the job that was done.

The service technician showed up on time and I got a courtesy phone call to let me know he was on the way. He fixed the problem with my appliance in under 20 minutes, and the price was FANTASTIC! Will definitely use Appliance Specialists again. Thank you!

the repair man arrived 20 minutes late. apologized and personable repair man. expensive for 20 minutes worth of work to 'adjust' the dawgs( agitator part on a washing machine). may have reconsider the the review, if there was a price concession for the loss of my time

Seemed quite expensive, did not put the cover back on the part he replaced so it made a loud noise, I ended up putting it back together my self.

I returned from a vacation and found my refrigerator not to be cooling. I called Appliance Specialists and a tech was out the next day. He was courteous and professional. He advised me that my evaporator was bad on my 2 year old refrigerator, provided a repair estimate and left. I contacted GE and they agreed to split the repair cost with me since it was only 2 years old however when the GE tech arrived he informed me that since the tech from Appliance Specialists "tapped into the system' only Appliance specialists could work on it. I felt they should have let me know that BEFORE drilling into the system!

Disappointed with the quality of work, yes the line was repaired however the specialist just spliced the line together it took a total of less than 10 minutes and the charge was 99.00 a bit much for the quality and he did not put the pieces back on the refrigerator. we had removed them to diagnose the issue and left them off for the person the ease of the person making the repairs. After the repairs were done, they left off the back and the front of the refrigerator, the pieces where next to the appliance, the tech should have replaced them
