I knew what part should be replaced, but he didn't not replace it. He cleared the drain and temporarily fixed the problem, but from what I'd learned ahead of time, the problem will likely recur.

Mike, who is a Master Technician from Appliance Tech Pros, is exceptional. He clarified the issues I called about; explained the cost and procedure; did a full maintenance; cleaned up beautifully and was extremely professional and personable with both myself and my husband.
