He responded quickly initially to come out and diagnose the problem. Over charged us for the necessary part, took our check and never provided the part and he is not responding to our phone calls.

They did not put the drawer back properly in refrigerator and I lost several hundred dollars worth of food. We had to get another service in to fix their mistake.
