We needed some washer and dryer repairs. We called Appliance Titan and Jason came out and diagnosed what was wrong and did our repair on a very timely basis. He is very professional, courteous, and he has a ton of knowledge! We would highly recommend him if you are having any appliance issues. He is very honest and will give you his best recommendation on how to solve your issue.

I was contacted by ApplianceTitan after inquiring on HomeAdvisor. Jason came out same day to diagnose my problem. He was prompt & thorough. After researching parts & labor etc. It was determined that it would be smarter to just purchase a new appliance. He was happy to recommend brands & even offered his help when I Went shopping for which model would hold up best. Excellent customer service.....he essentially stepped away from a huge repair payday....and wanted to see that we were happy & satisfied.

A huge shout out to Jason at appliance titan. He came out on a Sunday and repaired our dryer which went out as we were preparing to leave on vacation. He noticed additional problems with the unit and repaired them on the spot. No back-and-forth to the warehouse, No back-and-forth on price. A very refreshing experience, A person who actually does what they say theyâ re going to do on time the right way the first time. Will use them for all of my appliances going forward!
