I hired Tim on 8/17/15 to repair my dryer which he did very well. We asked him to fix our ice maker on the fridge and he brought the part a few weeks later ( we pre-paid for this). It still needed another small part which he said he would bring the next day. So far no part & no Tim. I would give him more stars because of the dryer repair, but I am not happy with his lack of communication or completion of our ice maker . Not very reliable.

I did the HomeAdvidor request late Friday night and he called Sat morning. He came out that day (drove from Waseon to Holland) and the initial fee was $15 less than other repair quotes I had received. It took a few days to get the right part (not his fault), but it was correctly fixed by Tuesday. My only "complaint" was that he'd say, "I'll be back tomorrow afternoon", and I prefer specific times. Total repair cost was very reasonable. I will use him again.

A bit pushy on setting up my appointment but otherwise he did a good job.

Very nice service. He went beyond the call of duty. Needed part he didn't have available but went to get it so I wouldn't have to wait any longer to get my washer fixed. Already had put in new motor.

Well, let me tell you that your man from Appliance World is a very nice person and knowledgeable. However our dryer was a bust. He could have tried to repair it and cost us more money insted he said don't waste your money. So we bought new appliances. It's a great world we live in isn't it?

He didn't try to repair a washer and dryer destroyed by a flooded basement and honestly told us the cost of repairs could equal or exceed the cost of buying new. Wow! Good man!

Quick service and the price was great.

Our service was terrible. Our repair man did not call when he said he would, we had to call him to get information on when he would be here and status of parts. He put a new pump in our washer and said it was fixed, it was not. He came back and said we needed a new board, mind you we already paid 150.00 plus service call for a new pump we did not need. He said he had to order the part and would call us the next day. I had to call him again. He stated that the part would not be here until Wednesday or Thursday. I said so I will here from you on Thursday, he said yes. Never heard from him, had to call him again. He stated that he did not get the part yet and forgot to call. We called him yesterday and he never called back.We are 2 weeks without a washer and over 200.00 paid to repair service with no results. Never again will we use this service.

We could not save the just to have them look. . It cost us all most $92.00 I not sure why we had to pay tax on it. But he was nice and professional.

My clothi g washer stopped spi ning. This tech came to Defiance Oh and had my unit working again in minutes. The cost was half of what the local repair shop wanted to charge me and 98% less than the Sears home repair team. I am spreading the word, great service at a great price

Our repairman was very prompt and friendly. He had our appliance hooked up and running in a few short moments. I kept his card and will definitely use him again.
