When my freezer drain clogged and started leaking water everywhere, I called Roman and he came out the same day - talk about responsive service! He quickly diagnosed the problem, unclogged the drain, and fixed it properly so I won't have any more leaking issues. The very next day, Roman returned to flush my water heater. His knowledge and expertise were evident throughout both jobs, and his pricing was more than fair for the quality of work provided. What impressed me most was Roman's dependability and professionalism. He's the kind of technician you can trust to show up when promised and get the job done right. Unfortunately not a good experience. Struggled to reach him, struggled to get an estimate and he rescheduled on me multiple btwn the estimate and actual repair which translates to many hours of waiting for nothing. Poor poor communication
