I had cracked dryer drum repaired now it works perfectly!

Would not recommend this repair tech for your needs. Seems very out of his element and extremely slow turnaround time. Had a LG refrigerator that stopped working, he diagnosed a compressor issue and at first he said that he had the compressor then realized that LG's take a completely different compressor. He seemed very confused on our refrigerator, he just kept saying it was different. Luckily the compressor was under warranty and it was shipped properly out. He then came back a week later to install the compressor. However, it was very obvious he didn't know what he was doing. The job took over 2 hours and he kept complaining about his back the whole time and how he shouldn't be working. He blew the circuit in our house twice, every time he plugged the refrigerator back in, and his solder job did not hold up on the refrigerator and it leaked all its coolant killing the compressor. He lied about it and then said it was fixed and it would just take time to cool. The refrigerator started doing the opposite by heating up. When we call him about it the next day, he said he couldn't do it because his back was hurting too much and we said that was unacceptable and we would have to go with someone else and told him that we would be doing a chargeback, another weird thing about this guy, is he only takes venmo which is really unprofessional in my opinion and also very shady. He freaked out on us and said that he was a veteran and that this is uncalled for and it just needs more refrigerant. Not realizing that he completely broke the new compressor that he put in. He became extremely belligerent and started harassing us with text messages until the point that we just had to block him. By the way, all this interaction was caught on our security system so good luck trying to fight this in court because we got you dead to rights. Not to mention how he treated my wife which was completely uncalled for. He definitely thought he could intimidate my wife and get his way. He is just a glorified handyman and does not know what he's doing. He ended up causing more damage to the refrigerator than what was previously wrong with it. The other repair tech that came out said that we were lucky that the whole thing didn't catch on fire. The compressor had to be replaced again and It was recommended that the motherboard be replaced as well since it showed signs of warping from the heat. I would also like to add, that we never signed any service contract with this dude, nor did we ever get a firm quote in writing or even a bill at the end. It was just this is how much it costs send it by venmo. In addition to that, as other reviewers have stated about how he leave the place after finishing In total filth, that is also true. Not only did he track mud, dirt and grease throughout the house, he also left metal shavings, boxes and other debris in my garage. So, this is definitely a fly by night repair man that does not stand behind his work, likes to intimidate women and uses his veteran status as a sympathy card.

Awesome friendly service. He was in and out like a pro. My dryer is a quiet as a sleeping baby if I ever have issues with anything he will be getting a call back for sure. Thanks Nate

I had an emergency when I came home and everything in the fridge smelled worse than awful. I called Nate's and asked if he did emergency repairs. He said he'd be over in 13 minutes, it was only 10!!! Very personable, friendly and gave lots of good tips. Fixed our fridge for a wonderfully low price, especially since it was an emergency repair. He let me know he repairs a lot of other things too! His card is on our now-working fridge permanently! Nate is very astute with all kinds of repairs. It's great to know, because we will definitely use Nate again if and when the need arises. 10 points hands down!

Nate was prompted, on time, friendly and very knowledgeable. He advise me on some things that I inquired about. He also fixed my water heater eventhough he was here to fix my dryer.
