ADIS did a great job. He called before arriving…plus he was running ahead of time. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Fixed our refrigerator issue in a timely manner. He made sure everything was cleaned up before he left. Was reasonably priced. Would highly recommend ADIS.

Adis diagnosed our refrigerator not cooling and described what he had to do to fix the problem. He came to our house took the back panel off and sure enough the fan in the back was frozen with ice. He quickly thawed it and the radiator with a steam. He was done in less than an hour and charged a reasonable fee. Saved us from having to spend 10 times as much for new fridge. He is highly recommended. A real pro.

The refrigerator of our 6 year old Eventemp Frididaire was not cooling, and it had an alarm code. Adis diagnosed it as needing a new circuit board and a fan. Unfortunately, the fan for this model was no longer available. So Adis improvised with parts and after trial and error with fixes found the right solution. He returned to our home SEVEN times over the stretch of a few weeks, fitting us in around his busy schedule, to get this fridge cooling at the right temperature. He was determined to find the solution, and he did!! He perseverance is commendable. He was very professional and responsive. We will use his services again and recommend him to others.

Alic , owner of AEL serviced my subzero and LG Chrome washer. He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable on both. He answered my call the same day and a date and time for his visit was established. He ran 30 min late but called to explain why and when he would be at my home. Very professional and completed his work while telling me exactly what he needed to do. I will definitely use Alic for all of my appliances repairs. Very pleased with his work.

We live about 30 mins outside of Utica. Asia came out and was on time and kind (this was the only stars he earned). He told us we needed a part for our older model double-oven. He said he?d look for the part and get back to us by the next day. I texted several days later after not hearing back, and he was completely unfamiliar with who I was. He finally called and said that he emailed a company and was waiting for an email back. Then he said he was really busy between ?50 calls a day? and an upcoming knee surgery, but he would let me know what response he got back. We never heard back. I later texted that we found a part and would replace it. Come to find out, that part wasn?t even the problem! So he took our money as a diagnostic, never folllowed through, and was incorrect on the problem. Hoping this experience was an exception and not the norm.

Adis came to my house to repair my refrigerator on Friday, September 19th. I can not say enough good things about him. His promptness and professionalism was top notch! I would absolutely recommend him for all your repair needs!

Adis, Was a godsend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He is soooooo knowledgeable, about, Samsung refrigerators, and such a nice guy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank God, we called him, when we were in a panic, over our refrigerator!!!!!!!!!!!! We will always call him, now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Adis responded by phone within 5 minutes of my call. Was able to discuss the issue in understandable terms and give a reasonable estimate. Arranged an appointment for him to evaluate my complaint within 24 hours. He was running a little late, but called to say so, and arrived moments later. His interactions were professional and his workmanship was quick. He was able to assess the problem within minutes, and had the parts necessary in his vehicle. He replaced the part, restored function to the appliance, and accepted a check for the balance due. All of this took around 35 minutes. He did quality work at a reasonable rate, and I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you.

Adis was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to fix a clogged drain with my Samsung refrigerator. Most repair men won't work on Samsung appliances, but Adis had no trouble with this brand. Highly recommended!
