Mason was efficient and honest. After trying to replace a circuit board in our less than 5 year old Maytag washer and he found the wiring was shorting and suggested we replace the machine.

I chose Mason because he seemed knowledgeable about my brand of dishwasher and gave me 3 or 4 possible reasons for the problem before even looking at it. Mason was punctual, communicative and professional.

I put in a ticket on Angi list to get my ice maker working on my refrigerator this guy call maybe 5 minutes after putting ticket in then he came out and diagnosed it he said he was 100% sure this was the problem my husband was on the speaker phone the hold time because I wasn't comfortable being there with him by myself so he told me he took cash or Venmo we need this part so I Venmo money to him to get the part and to paid for diagnose and his fee that was on Tuesday Nov 25 for the amount of $264 on Wednesday Nov 26 he reach out to me and said he have ice maker part so he came back out on Monday Dec 1,2025 and I call my husband again and put him on speaker phone he told my husband we should have ice in 1 hour my husband said you mean 24 hours then he ask for $125 I Venmo him that we call him and text him on that day never responded back or call back so Dec 3 my husband text him again and said still no ice Dec 4, 2025 our refrigerator started making weird sounds that we never heard so my husband sent it to him 0n Thursday Dec 4,2025 still never responded so my husband finally talk to him late Friday or Saturday morning he agreed to come Saturday Dec 6,2025 I was in my office and he was talking more money and another diagnose charge I ran out of my office and told him we wasn't paying another dime I wasn't yelling just talking he got mad and said I can refund all your money and put our original part back on refrigerator didn't understand why he wanted to not fix our ice maker anymore because I spoke up about the money and he was not happy I told him this is your job you the one that diagnose the problem and we trust that you knew now you guessing and have us spending all this money where we could of just bought another refrigerator with a ice maker because he was asking for another $300 but came down to half because we fill we shouldn't have to pay another dime he was complaining about the distance ,gas ,his time and etc like I told him that's not our fault so we had to vemo another $150 which was half of the $300 Saturday and later that day we text still no ice he didn't respond so Dec 9 husband text again still no ice he responded saying he will comeback with a main control board & stop leak my husband told him we wasn't giving no more money he mentioned he is not going to lie at this point he is not understanding why we don't have ice we want a full refund and its so sad you can't make that happen for us we trust your company and have use your company before never had problems. This here is a night mare not sure if I will ever do this again again full refund please don't want him back out here.. by the way he sent a guy that train him he thought we should get a full refund because when he change that main control board the next day my food started defrosting that guy told him he needs to bring that other board back and put in refrigerator because stuff is defrosting he immediately came right back to do that food started back freezing but still no ice so many mire text if I have to send them all I can

Mason was prompt and on time did the job on New Year’s Day no questions asked did a wonderful job cleaned up when he was done and the charges were very reasonable would recommend to everyone
