Mason was very polite, professional and efficient. The quality of his work was very good. He even installed the support bar for the bottom shelf and bins in my refrigerator at no extra cost! I will definitely keep Angie’s list and his name in mind when I have other repairs around the house. He was efficient and fixed the problem. I thought it was an expensive fix considering he was in and out in 20-30 minutes. He 0nly used two wire nuts and electrical tape. It was 60 to come out to look at it and would go towards the bill. 100 is what was charged. So 200/hour - 1.00 for materials. Thanks for getting it fixed. But you could've asked me out on a date for that price! Lol.

"I came out the same day that you called. When a diagnosis was given your husband immediately began to try to negotiate the cost of the price wanting half off the $560 repair, ($390 part $170 labor) meaning he wanted me to do the repair for free and cover some of the cost of the part, and also service other units for free. Your husband was rude, and when he implied that I owed him something simply because I was there, I found that disrespectful. So yes, I cancelled due to his poor attitude."

He was very professional and took his time examining my mechanical issue, making sure there was not a bigger underlying problem with the machine before recommending the best solution for the problem.
