"It's absurd. The $69 service call and diagnostic fee is for inspecting the appliancein this case, the dryer and washer. The dryer couldn't be plugged into the wall because it had a different cord; the customer's had a four-prong plug. She didn't want it fixed because she wanted to buy an adapter on Amazon, which we explained wasn't recommended, but nothing was done and she wasn't charged. For the washer, we only installed the two water hoses the customer already had and the drain hose. No parts were used, no parts were installed inside the washer, and the washer wasn't disassembled. I own the company, and I was personally there. On the contrary, the customer was friendly, and we talked about restaurants and the reasons she was moving to a new house. I find it ridiculous that the customer, having my number, didn't call or contact me to request a refund for the diagnostic, which includes the technician's time to diagnose the problem, the time spent looking for parts, and the gas. The technician's wait when he goes to the house and the wait for the customer to arrive, since the person took more than 30 minutes to arrive. I have the invoice I can send it"
