Jon was on time. He replaced the mother board but that night when we got home It was late so I sent him a text. He came out at 10 pm and fixed it with no extra charge. Just a very nice person. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He also called the next morning to make sure we had heat. Thanks Jon.
