Apply Rite roofing charged me around $16,000 for a full roof tear off and replacement. It took them 3 months to finally â finishâ our roof, despite the fact there is still holes visible within the flashing. There was trash left all over the site as well which Dustin, has the audacity to state the â flashing and materials left over wasnâ tâ theirs, whose else could it be Dustin and Nick? We were disappointed but even more disappointed when having an inspection with the building department to find out our roof was actually not replaced AT ALL. They roofed over the 4 layer roof creating 5 layers, which caused a total roof failure. Weâ ve now had to pay again for a full roofing replacement. Tony, Nick and Dustin refuse to refund or admit they did this even with extensive photo proof submitted to the Ohio AG and the BBB. Buyer beware, but beware more of Nick refusing to take responsibility for his lack of professional business practices.

The cost was higher than another bid I got for the job but I felt like I was dealing with professionals not scammers so the extra cost was worth it. Two story home and shed were both completed in a day, removing old shingles from both and installing new roof, clean up was done as they were working and when they were finished the house, shed and yard looked awesome.

They were a company was responsive and did a very good job and cleaned up after themselve

I would rate them at zero stars. They painted shut most of my windows, broke both screens for my sliding glass doors, dropped paint on my front rug while painting my door, left one of my sliding glass doors off of its track, and painted the aluminum trim and rubber seal around my garage door. I could go on but the list would be too long. This company should never paint another house.

Overall, it was a nice experience.

Out of 5 stars, I would give him (Nick, owner) a 5. He came right away, gave me a good estimate and completed the job the next day. Despite the bad weather. He saved my roof and didn't try to charge for something I did not need. I will be recommending him to my friends. Thanks

They did not clean up the nails in yard very good after the job.

Apply Rite was 1 of the 1st contractors to respond to my request. They also were the most cost effective option. Quality of their work was excellent. They kept me informed at all times from start to finish of the project. I was able to ugrade to a 30 year dimensional shingle roof below the cost of most bids I received for a 25 year standard 3 tab roof. Five star service at a 3 star price. Highly recommend their company.
