The work their technicians did looks good, this company does quality work. The quoted price was good and I hired them to do additional work because Central Hudson wanted all the house gas piping replaced. They installed a new furnace and relocated the gas lines from the front of the house to the side were the new gas meter is now. They performed a 1 hour pressure test and contacted the gas company with the results before scheduling a final inspection to have the gas turned on. Central Hudson requirements delayed the completion of this job. They wanted all gas lines replaced, chimney liner, water heater exhaust spill safety shutoff and extra shutoff valves.

The subsidiary of Apollo Heating is DrainWorks, the technician was Colin. He was prompt, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and competent. There was no "up-front" charge for visit/diagnostics, and the cost for clearing our basement floor drain was VERY fair.

I had a water heater leak and call, they had someone there in about three hours. Josh Aiken was very helpful to helping me understand what happen. He explained in detail what was need and check everything that would need to be done to fix. We discussed in detail how this could be done as this was late Friday afternoon and did not want to leave my apartment without water all weekend. Josh went over the charges so that I could understand how this would be once it was repaired. Josh came on Saturday and replaced the water heater and was very professional and helpful to be as a woman. I would highly recommend this person and company.

Well first of all main rating was a 4 only because as time goes on you learn more about your purchase & service. It may be a 5 after more time. But the beginning stuff is all perfect. Would recommend.

Customer service was very good. Found a small leak the next day, I called and they were hear in a half hour.

Installer had a tricky situation (cramped area to install the humidifier in) but he figured it out and installed it cleanly and well.
