"This was an e-mail issue, Our client had an older version of Adobe that could not open the completed appraisal file. We sent a free update and the file was then able to be opened. We had sent the file repeatedly, but apparently each time the client wasn't able to open it because of the older version of Adobe. However, our bad for not following up personally or by phone to make sure the issue was settled after your first request and our re-sending of the file. We then sent the new Adobe version and I believe all is well. To our client...so very sorry about the mix-up. Love to hear from you about the report and make sure everything is as you expected. I want to make sure you are satisfied with our work and your experience with our company."
