Came on time. Called Before and at arrival. Very courteous and knowledgeable.

He was a little late, but called ahead of time so we were aware so I consider that on-time. He was polite and respectful of our privacy while inside the house.

Company website is expired. New email address. Service was paid for. Got nothing in return except for a promise.

Ken was a professional and walked me through the appraisal for my house!

Communication was poor. I called twice and left messages (on day 8 and day 12). I did not get a return phone call either time. The appraisal took longer than the five to seven days I had been told to expect. If Ken needed more time, he should have communicated with me. I got the appraisal the day after I posted a negative review.

Honest and thorough.

It felt rushed and didn't feel like he really looked everywhere. Plus the value of the home was a lot lower than what my parents bought it for in 2004. They bought it at 275k and he gave me a estimate at 230-250k. I believe it's worth more than what he said. Anyways it was affordable but questionable customer service. Maybe it's me I don't know.

Excellent and professional work...

He wrote the wrong square footage of living space on my property. It is on record my home is 1840 sq. Feet of living space! He wrote 1500 sq. Footage. So he valued my property far below what the property is worth . He was in a hurry, and I just didn t feel comfortable with him ! I don t think he was from this area + didn t know the correct comps because he valued my home against the comps of a 1500 sq. Ft. Home . I would not use him again !

Ken was a nice guy, arrived promptly. I would recommend not hiring an appraiser that did not live locally. He included a foreclosed property in his comparables. I don t think he did enough research on the properties that sold in the area over the last year. He did not know the area and it was obvious in his appraisal.

Did a very good job in a timely fashion

He missed the boat on the facts. No problem- we didnt need the other full bathroom that is there, -???? And when he added it, it didnt bring our value up -His remark was that we didnt have a pool. huh. Didnt know I needed one.
