PLEASE! Don't waste your time with this unprofessional person. Hire another local appraiser, you'll thank me if you take my advise from my experience. I've had multiple appraisals done in this area and was SORELY disappointed that I stayed from my usual guy who was leaving on a trip and I thought I would push it on through...... In return, I spent $500 (more expensive) on a report that took almost 3 weeks before I got it. I had to call to find out where it was and once I received it that day, I couldn't even use it. What I received was not even thoroughly, NOR professionally done like I'm used to receiving.
