Mr. Smith did not have access to the Lawrence MLS so could not provide us with an appraisal that included applicable homes in our neighborhood. Instead, he relied on homes that were NOT in our neighborhood and were NOT like ours! If you live west of the Kansas City area, beware of this appraiser!

"Janeen, I am sorry that this happened. I told my client at the time, that I did not have access to Lawrence MLS, but they ordered it anyway. I would be happy to refund the fee so that you can engage an appraiser that has access to the Lawrence MLS. Also, Janeen is not a Home Advisor referral. I received this order from a client. [bank]. Had it been through Home Advisor I would have declined it since Eudora has MLS information through Lawrence MLS, which I am not a member of."
